Looking for an Outstanding HubSpot Consultant

We are looking for an outstanding HubSpot consultant to join our Client Services team.

What will you do?

As a HubSpot Consultant, you will be working closely with the Client Services Team and our team of in-house HubSpot specialists to drive world-class customer experience,  technology adoption success, and process transformation in client companies.

As an expert in business analysis and the MarTech/ SalesTech/ ServiceTech space using HubSpot, you will consult with clients around their business needs, compiling strategy and technology architecture, configuring technology, and managing change. You will also be training them on the tool making sure they are empowered when using it.

What are we looking for?

You are someone who is passionate about integration projects and can work closely with developers, the strategy team, and other internal members of the team to push client projects across the line. 

As a HubSpot Consultant, we expect you to keep up to date on new technology features, products, and changes to existing features, presenting your knowledge back to the client.

Key responsabilities

  • Creatively solve client challenges through HubSpot tools, acting as the coach to lead their team into the right processes
  • Provide direction to clients on how to leverage their HubSpot accounts
  • Participate in discovery calls with clients to understand business objectives, pain points, and successes of their current marketing automation & CRM tools
  • Compile and present recommendations to clients
  • Understand client needs for reporting and provide direction to HubSpot technician to set up custom reporting
  • Understand differences of tools in the HubSpot suite and ensure recommendations are in alignment with what the client is currently utilizing

Qualifications

  • Experience in business with 2+ years of HubSpot use (or similar CRM/Marketing Automation platform) and 3+ years experience in a consulting/specialist role working with clients.
  • A solid understanding of Inbound Marketing / Inbound Sales and Customer Experience Marketing in order to facilitate lead generation, nurturing, and implementation, with experience using marketing methodologies and practices.
  • Passionate and focused on delivering quality results at all times, with an impeccable eye for detail, when handling fast-paced, short lead-time requests and multiple projects at a time.
  • Excellent presentation & training skills 
  • Excellent listening skills  
  • Ability to solve problems as they arise
  • Be agile and open to change as the company grows or a client changes direction
