We then use all the features in the HubSpot marketing hub to implement your desired marketing strategy, we set the tool for you, and train you on how to continue running your impactful campaigns in-house.
We start by understanding your sales world, whom you sell to, when, and how. We document your sales process, identify automation to optimize the process, set up your data structure as needed for your business and sales team success. We then set up your tool accordingly, and train your team on how to work smarter using the Hubspot CRM. This is then completed with a HubSpot Sales Reporting training and an adoption plan and ongoing support (if needed).
We help you prepare your team with the Service Hub to start delighting your customers by offering extraordinary customer service at each point of contact with your brand using tickets and automation, pipelines, feedback surveys and knowledge base to help customers help themselves. We set up the tool for you and train your Customer Service team on how to use HubSpot, and we offer an adoption plan and ongoing support if needed.

Everyone who is going to use HubSpot needs to be trained to use the necessary tools according to their role.
We limit the training group to a maximum of 8 trainees to offer the best experience, encourage dialogue, and have enough one-to-one interactions with the instructor.
Between 2 and 3 hours a week on live training and some assignments to complement the training.
HubSpot onboarding and training service is a monthly service and you can extend it for as long as you deem necessary our support in training and consulting.
We can onboard your team onto more than one hub at a time, or we can phase out the rollout. This is something that we plan together at the start of the project when we identify your objective and timeline.
